About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compliance policies and programs
  • Proactively manage and evolve the global policy ecosystem
  • Provide strategic direction for adherence to laws, regulations, and internal requirements
  • Oversee global compliance programs and operations
  • Define, develop, and maintain global compliance policies, procedures, and processes
  • Oversee global implementation coordinating with regional Compliance teams
  • Provide oversight for global compliance programs, including governance routines
  • Analyze and present strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance, or equivalent work experience
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred)
  • Juris Doctor and previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance (preferred)
  • US State Bar Admission (preferred)
  • Experience working in Healthcare Compliance in a large Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotech company (preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of global compliance laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to anti-corruption, competition, healthcare compliance, public procurement, and export control
  • Proven successful leadership and influence on compliance strategy
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required; experience in JDE and SharePoint a plus
  • Proven successful project management capabilities
  • Occasional travel – domestic and international
