Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compliance policies and programs
Proactively manage and evolve the global policy ecosystem
Provide strategic direction for adherence to laws, regulations, and internal requirements
Oversee global compliance programs and operations
Define, develop, and maintain global compliance policies, procedures, and processes
Oversee global implementation coordinating with regional Compliance teams
Provide oversight for global compliance programs, including governance routines
Analyze and present strategic recommendations to leadership
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance, or equivalent work experience
Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred)
Juris Doctor and previous related experience in legal, internal audit, finance, and/or health care compliance (preferred)
US State Bar Admission (preferred)
Experience working in Healthcare Compliance in a large Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and/or Biotech company (preferred)
Expert knowledge of global compliance laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to anti-corruption, competition, healthcare compliance, public procurement, and export control
Proven successful leadership and influence on compliance strategy
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required; experience in JDE and SharePoint a plus
Proven successful project management capabilities
Occasional travel – domestic and international
