About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Finance integration leader for end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses
Influence integration results through expert judgement, structured governance, and cross-functional orchestration
Facilitate steering committee and executive updates, providing clear status, risks and decision points
Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, IT, and business units to integrate priorities and ensure timely execution of integration milestones
Translate deal rationale and strategic objectives into actionable financial integration plans, including P&L alignment, reporting structures, controls, and performance tracking
Advise senior leadership and facilitate the development and approval of complex business cases to ensure financial targets are embedded in integration plans
Lead end-to-end finance program management for M&A initiatives, including integration planning, execution, and value realization
Design, develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and risk mitigation strategies to ensure scope, quality, cost and schedule are controlled
Own integration portfolio insights to enable leaders to optimize resource allocation across the integration portfolio in partnership with functional and regional leaders, manage interdependencies and make informed decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors and acquired finance leadership teams
Manage internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, auditors and integration partners
Lead post-close reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve integration of playbooks and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in related field
A minimum of twelve years experience of hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
