About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Finance integration leader for end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses
  • Influence integration results through expert judgement, structured governance, and cross-functional orchestration
  • Facilitate steering committee and executive updates, providing clear status, risks and decision points
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, IT, and business units to integrate priorities and ensure timely execution of integration milestones
  • Translate deal rationale and strategic objectives into actionable financial integration plans, including P&L alignment, reporting structures, controls, and performance tracking
  • Advise senior leadership and facilitate the development and approval of complex business cases to ensure financial targets are embedded in integration plans
  • Lead end-to-end finance program management for M&A initiatives, including integration planning, execution, and value realization
  • Design, develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and risk mitigation strategies to ensure scope, quality, cost and schedule are controlled
  • Own integration portfolio insights to enable leaders to optimize resource allocation across the integration portfolio in partnership with functional and regional leaders, manage interdependencies and make informed decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors and acquired finance leadership teams
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, auditors and integration partners
  • Lead post-close reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve integration of playbooks and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • A minimum of twelve years experience of hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
