About the role
- Manage Quality Engineers responsible for supporting daily production activities.
- Focus on reducing line downtime and managing site Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Lead the development of Tier Metric indicators across the organization.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams for process improvements.
- Support product release activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Regulated industry experience
- Certified Quality Engineer (Preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Black Belt (Preferred)
- Proven project management skills
- Proven leadership skills
