About the role
- Oversee medical writing projects and team operations
- Manage and oversee the work of a small medical writing team
- Develop a talent development plan
- Identify risk and develop implementation strategies
- Provide medical writing expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage activities to ensure successful completion of all deliverables
- Review and interpret study data analyses
- Contribute to product life cycle plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in medical writing and clinical data analysis
- Demonstrated track record in people management
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred
- Medical writing or regulatory certification preferred
- Experience with Class III devices and CER development preferred
- Strong leadership in project and team management
- Expertise in medical writing processes and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge of biomedical statistics and clinical literature review
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and publication/database tools
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
