About the role
- Lead commercialization and expansion of therapies in Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Business Unit
- Drive achievement of sales and profit objectives for a US Region
- Coordinate and execute specific objectives of the sales strategy
- Establish sales targets and manage budget in partnership with Sales Operations team
- Talent management responsibilities including hiring and performance management
- Collaborate with functional departments such as Operations, Finance, and Marketing
- Oversee site performance and outcomes
- Prepare forecasts for accounts, products, and therapy
- Facilitate flow of information from the field into various departments
- Maintain knowledge of competitive business strategies and product pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent in related field
- Experience in operations management at regional level
- Demonstrated track record of direct people management
- Ability to travel 60% (including car, air and overnight travel)
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
- Proven success in sales within the cardiovascular or interventional vascular device industry preferred
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
