About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and engaging prospective institutions to navigating complex buying cycles, closing agreements, and expanding impact over time.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, qualify, and close new college and university partnerships across an assigned territory.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, consistently driving momentum through the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs by securing new partnerships and expanding the scope of existing partnerships.
  • Leverage consultative sales techniques to build trust, uncover institutional needs, and align EdVisorly’s platform with enrollment goals.
  • Deliver compelling pitch presentations and communicate EdVisorly’s value with clarity, confidence, and precision.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and enrollment leaders across colleges and universities.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to institutions by understanding their transfer, enrollment, and student success challenges.
  • Monitor competitor insights and higher education trends to inform strategy, product innovation, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or partnerships role selling into higher education, enrollment management, EdTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
  • Top performer (#1 or #2) in prior sales organizations with strong references to validate results.
  • Excellent communication with strong executive presence and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Valid driver’s license.
