Senior CRM Manager – Focus Retention
Edurino | We are hiring!Senior CRM Manager driving retention strategies and shaping customer touchpoints for innovative EdTech company. Overseeing reactivation strategies and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive retention strategies as a vital lever for sustainable growth
- Take full ownership of the reactivation and repurchase strategy
- Lead the end-to-end execution of user-flows and campaign sendouts
- Craft high-quality, on-brand copy and visual assets
- Cultivate a rigorous A/B testing culture
- Partner closely with the Product team to extend digital learning features into CRM touchpoints
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant CRM experience in a B2C environment, ideally with an app-based product
- Expertise in building complex automation triggers and lifecycle setups
- A strong analytical foundation with the ability to set up and manage monitoring systems for KPIs, cohort analysis, and segmentation
- Native-level German and fluent English skills
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to build custom workflows
- Experience working in small, lean teams
