About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients using a consultative sales approach.
- Track and manage all sales activities and pipeline data using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or internship (e.g., sales assistant, customer service representative, or sales intern).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a confident Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong work ethic, results-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- High level of self-motivation and commitment to personal and professional development in sales.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
