About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute targeted sales campaigns across our Digital Workforce and Digital Solution offerings.
- Engage and grow communities of potential learners, career converts, and enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop strong partnerships with employers, training ecosystems, and institutional partners.
- Represent CLaaS2SaaS at industry events, career fairs, and ecosystem forums.
- Track sales performance, provide market feedback, and refine go-to-market approaches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 Years of Relevant Experience: Across digital marketing practice, SaaS or solution sales, B2B business development, or tech-enabled industries.
- Digital Savviness: Comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and concepts.
- Community Builder: You know how to engage, inspire, and build.
- Bilingual Communication: Ability to communicate comfortably in English and at least one regional language (Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia).
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You take initiative, you own your outcomes.
