About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute targeted sales campaigns across our Digital Workforce and Digital Solution offerings.
  • Engage and grow communities of potential learners, career converts, and enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop strong partnerships with employers, training ecosystems, and institutional partners.
  • Represent CLaaS2SaaS at industry events, career fairs, and ecosystem forums.
  • Track sales performance, provide market feedback, and refine go-to-market approaches.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 Years of Relevant Experience: Across digital marketing practice, SaaS or solution sales, B2B business development, or tech-enabled industries.
  • Digital Savviness: Comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and concepts.
  • Community Builder: You know how to engage, inspire, and build.
  • Bilingual Communication: Ability to communicate comfortably in English and at least one regional language (Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You take initiative, you own your outcomes.
