About the role
- Support learners in a blended learning environment by delivering industry-relevant IT and cybersecurity training, mentoring, and assessment to achieve strong skills outcomes.
- Deliver flipped classroom sessions and hands-on labs
- Mentor learners and guide them through real-world cybersecurity use cases
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt delivery based on learners’ technical levels
Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT / Cybersecurity
- Prior experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, or adjunct faculty preferred
- Strong communication skills and learner-centric mindset
- Certifications (At least one required)
- CompTIA Security+
- CySA+
- CEH
- GIAC (GSEC, GCIH)
- CISSP (or Associate)
