About the role
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Developers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute lead generation and awareness campaigns.
- Support the team in consultative selling to ensure effective engagement and high conversion rates.
- Monitor and optimize sales activities and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech or Higher Education
- Proven track record in B2C sales, such as consumer sales, education sales, or student recruitment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
