About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — for new and existing enterprise accounts
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations with senior stakeholders, including executives
  • Lead and/or participate in technical scoping calls requiring a level of knowledge in digital transformation
  • Develop and execute structured account plans to expand relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal experts to design solutions aligned with client’s business objectives
  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across strategic accounts
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline, accurate forecasting, and clean CRM hygiene
  • Drive high-quality sales activity and contribute to team-wide best practices
  • Meet minimum monthly sales targets and actively review/reflect on goals and performance
  • Drive high-quality outbound prospecting activities, including virtual meetings, calls, and emails
  • Effectively manage the retention and potential growth of your existing accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in the training/learning & development industry is preferred, but not required)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior decision-makers
  • Expertise in account planning and driving structured growth initiatives
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in your approach
  • High emotional intelligence and coachability — you take feedback and adapt quickly
  • Resourceful, proactive, and committed to excellence
  • Familiarity with Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365, and virtual selling tools is a plus
