About the role

  • Demand Planning: You create precise inventory forecasts based on our performance marketing KPIs (CPA, AOV, CVR) for the supply chain.
  • Financial Planning: You are responsible for cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning, taking our marketing spend into account.
  • Analysis & Monitoring: You conduct in-depth analyses of the P&L and cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: You use Data Studio (Looker Studio) or similar BI tools to build and maintain transparent controlling dashboards.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience and have ideally worked for an eight-figure e-commerce brand.
  • You are an absolute power user in Google Sheets or Excel and can confidently build complex data models for forecasts.
  • You have the ability to recognize patterns in volatile markets and quickly understand complex relationships between ad spend and inventory.
  • You have a proactive mindset to prevent cash shortages or overstocks early through precise forecasting.
