About the role

  • You plan, manage and optimize our influencer and affiliate marketing activities independently.
  • You identify suitable creators and affiliate partners and build sustainable relationships.
  • You develop creative briefings and ensure that the resulting content aligns with and performs for our brand.
  • You manage our affiliate program, from partner maintenance and network management to continuous optimization.
  • You regularly analyze the performance of our channels and derive concrete insights and actions.
  • You work closely with the marketing, webshop, design and content teams.
  • You are responsible for your budget and deploy it purposefully and efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, plus experience in a D2C and e-commerce environment
  • Experience with affiliate networks and tools (e.g., AWIN, GoAffPro or similar platforms)
  • Strong instinct for brands, trends and target audiences — ideally in health, fitness or nutrition
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and tact in dealing with creators and partners
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC and cost per conversion, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
  • Structured working style and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel while maintaining oversight
  • Strong time and project management skills and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment with scope for initiative
  • Ideally experience in dietary supplements, food, beauty or cosmetics and knowledge of the specific market characteristics
  • Very good German skills (at least C1)
