People Operations

• Support the Executive Director and Deputy Directors to set the long-term vision for the People & Operations function at EdTrust-New York and translate that vision into short and long-term goals with relevant work plans
• Manage operational and talent-related projects and programs that maintain regulatory compliance, improve operational efficiency and standardization, and increase user-friendliness
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for the office on finance and administration-related matters
• Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of EdTrust-New York's project management system in Asana
• Manage the process to finalize and publish all public facing materials
• Manage programs, events, and employee engagement activities that build and sustain a culture of belonging
• Solicit and track employee feedback on operational systems and structures
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross-functional collaboration systems
• Recruit, hire, and manage 1-2 employees and/or interns as appropriate and budget permitting
