About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for all Edovate software applications
Executing manual and automated test plans
Maintain tasks to ensure they are up to date in our project tracking system
Assist in triaging reported software defects
Maintain process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to illustrate the scope, requirements, and function of the feature or fix being tested
Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Proven ability to develop, document, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans
Proficiency with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
