• Support data readiness for client reporting across several functions, including:
• Oversee a Jira dashboard routing tickets to the correct departments.
• Maintain client dashboards, which includes reviewing creative videos and creative names.
• Regular taxonomy grooming and mapping.
• Review and correct data generated offshore and gather examples for training purposes.
• Analyze existing and new creative video assets to ensure audio/video quality of creatives.
• Test and provide feedback on new data tools as they are developed.
• Document data quality processes.
• Identify root causes of data quality issues and propose systematic solutions.
• Recommend or build lightweight scripts, queries, or tools to automate quality checks and metrics tracking.
