• Scale the Community: Assist the SMM and execute daily content that drives follower growth and turns passive viewers into active Onton users.
• Content Execution: Turn high-level strategy into reality. You’ll assist in brainstorming, filming, designing static posts, and editing short-form videos (TikTok/Reels).
• Trend Scouting: Identify emerging sounds, memes, and cultural shifts before they peak.
• Platform Management: Posting content across TikTok, IG, and YouTube, ensuring everything is optimized for algorithm discovery.
• Creator Collaboration: Support the SMM in managing influencer partnerships and tracking deliverables to ensure our community sees Onton through the voices they trust.
