About the role

  • Develop layout projects for academic and literary books
  • Design covers and bookmarks, oversee the process through to finalizing the files, making any necessary changes noted on the digital proof with authors
  • Finalize print-ready files

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 3rd semester onward in Publishing Production, Design, or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Trello platform for managing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Precise profile with strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of InDesign (primarily), Photoshop, and Illustrator is required
