About the role

  • Leverage innovative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and engineering expertise to address critical AI challenges for clients
  • Configure and present tailored product demonstrations to highlight platform features for potential clients
  • Advise customers on LLM evaluation best practices and provide strategic AI guidance
  • Write code, construct specialized evaluation datasets, build custom web applications, and produce technical documentation to train customers on platform usage
  • Author technical blog content and promote the product and organization through social platforms and industry gatherings
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams across delivery, product, engineering, and ML to influence product roadmap and achieve important business objectives

  • We’re a remote-first company with an engineering team spread across the US, Africa and Latin America with a greater team that extends to Asia too. To make this work, we have core collaboration hours set from 8am to 1pm PST during which we have our stand-ups, planning meetings or retros.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related analytical discipline
  • Solid technical foundation, ideally in machine learning or data analytics
  • Strength in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or functional languages
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
  • Outstanding communication abilities and analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Flexibility to visit customer locations when required (Business trips to California)
  • Having the legal right to travel to the US
  • Demonstrate strong ethics, honesty, and consideration for colleagues
