Customer Support Assistant – Customer Success

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record, monitor, and assist customers across multiple channels
- Respond clearly, empathetically, and efficiently to inquiries
- Identify customer needs and escalate or route them to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Participate in team meetings for alignment and information sharing
- Keep customer records and information up to date in the system
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Empathetic, able to understand customer pain points and provide appropriate guidance
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning and using digital systems and tools
- Previous experience in customer support/customer service
- Knowledge of and experience with Zendesk
