About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Record, monitor, and assist customers across multiple channels
  • Respond clearly, empathetically, and efficiently to inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and escalate or route them to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Participate in team meetings for alignment and information sharing
  • Keep customer records and information up to date in the system
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Empathetic, able to understand customer pain points and provide appropriate guidance
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning and using digital systems and tools
  • Previous experience in customer support/customer service
  • Knowledge of and experience with Zendesk
