About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Record, follow up on, and assist customers across various channels
Respond clearly, empathetically, and efficiently to requests
Identify customer needs and escalate or route to the appropriate teams when necessary
Participate in team meetings for alignment and information sharing
Keep customer information updated in the system
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to solve problems and handle multiple demands simultaneously
Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Empathetic, able to understand customer pain points and provide appropriate guidance
Ability to resolve problems and conflicts
Comfortable learning and using digital systems and tools
Previous customer service experience (advantageous)
Knowledge and experience with the Zendesk platform (advantageous)
