About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record, follow up on, and assist customers across various channels
- Respond clearly, empathetically, and efficiently to requests
- Identify customer needs and escalate or route to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Participate in team meetings for alignment and information sharing
- Keep customer information updated in the system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to solve problems and handle multiple demands simultaneously
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Empathetic, able to understand customer pain points and provide appropriate guidance
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts
- Comfortable learning and using digital systems and tools
- Previous customer service experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge and experience with the Zendesk platform (advantageous)
