About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the structuring and continuous improvement of sales processes;
Develop and monitor automations to improve operational efficiency;
Support integrations between tools and systems used by the sales team;
Participate in the creation of operational workflows using automation platforms and AI;
Gather requirements from internal teams and propose solutions;
Monitor metrics and support operational analyses;
Document processes and maintain organized information;
Collaborate with teams such as Sales, BI, Marketing, and Operations;
Present projects, improvements, and results to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Process Management, or related fields in technology, automation, and innovation.
Familiarity with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Apps Script, etc.);
Interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence;
Basic knowledge of programming logic;
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools;
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis.
