About the role

  • Develop and adapt graphic assets for multiple formats and channels, both digital (social media, emails, landing pages, presentations, campaigns) and physical (events, giveaways, corporate materials), ensuring visual consistency and excellence
  • Actively participate in the creation and evolution of brand campaigns, contributing visual concepts and creative input
  • Support the development and maintenance of visual guidelines, templates, and design systems, ensuring standardization and scalability
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and strengthening the brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Social, Performance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, translating briefs into strategic visual solutions
  • Monitor design and branding trends, bringing references and proposing continuous improvements
  • Manage deadlines and requests autonomously, organizing priorities and ensuring quality in deliveries
  • Support analysis of campaign and material performance, contributing visual optimizations when necessary

Requirements

  • Proficiency with the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects)
  • Experience creating for digital environments
  • Experience with video editing
  • Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and art direction
  • Organized, critical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Degree completed or in progress in Design, Advertising, or related fields
  • Previous experience (internship or junior) in graphic design and branding
