About the role

  • Prospect, engage and build relationships
  • Manage relationships with schools and maintaining organizations
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and retention opportunities
  • Map churn risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Strategic analysis of the customer portfolio
  • Negotiate upsell and cross-sell agreements
  • Present products and engagement reports
  • Interface with internal teams to drive improvements and deliverables
  • Support events and presentations showcasing expansion results

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills
  • Commercial/sales experience
  • Experience working with targets/quotas
  • Experience in consultative sales
  • Availability to travel
  • Portfolio analysis & management
  • Ability to analyze the customer portfolio with a strategic perspective
  • Data reading and interpretation skills
  • Mapping churn risks and developing preventive action plans
  • Experience with retention, upsell and cross-sell models
  • Skill in presenting products, solutions and results to diverse audiences (coordinators, school leadership, maintainers)
  • Relationship management experience with decision-makers and influencers (directors, maintainers, pedagogical coordinators)
  • Close customer engagement at key moments: onboarding, expansion, renewals and events
