About the role
- Prospect, inspire, and build relationships;
- Manage relationships with schools and school owners/administrators;
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities;
- Map churn risks and implement mitigation actions;
- Perform strategic analysis of the customer portfolio;
- Negotiate upsell and cross-sell deals;
- Present products and engagement reports;
- Liaise with internal teams to drive improvements and deliverables;
- Support events and presentations of expansion results.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills;
- Commercial/sales experience;
- Experience working with targets/quotas;
- Experience in consultative selling;
- Availability to travel;
