About the role

  • Ensure schools' engagement in the Edify journey by interacting directly with teachers and pedagogical coordinators at partner schools;
  • Ensure customer adoption of the product journey;
  • Play a central role in securing engagement throughout the customer journey, with a special focus on coordinators and teachers in the assigned school portfolio;
  • Monitor customer adoption of the journey by conducting meetings, providing materials, and executing activities to ensure customer success;
  • Maintain close relationships with coordinators and teachers, becoming a trusted point of contact;
  • Stay up to date with updates and new features of our digital products.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles.
  • Basic knowledge of customer management tools (CRM) and Excel.
  • Strong written skills and interpersonal communication.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication, with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Proactive in supporting requests and collaborating with the team to find solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the Customer Experience field.
