About the role
- Ensure schools' engagement in the Edify journey by interacting directly with teachers and pedagogical coordinators at partner schools;
- Ensure customer adoption of the product journey;
- Play a central role in securing engagement throughout the customer journey, with a special focus on coordinators and teachers in the assigned school portfolio;
- Monitor customer adoption of the journey by conducting meetings, providing materials, and executing activities to ensure customer success;
- Maintain close relationships with coordinators and teachers, becoming a trusted point of contact;
- Stay up to date with updates and new features of our digital products.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of customer management tools (CRM) and Excel.
- Strong written skills and interpersonal communication.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication, with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Proactive in supporting requests and collaborating with the team to find solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the Customer Experience field.
