Procurement

• Perform administrative activities and procedures to ensure the production of printed supplies (books, plush toys, and other Edify materials).
• Open quotations and support suppliers during the process.
• Record items, enter invoices, assemble kits and handle other demands in the Oracle system.
• Post payments, register suppliers and track requests in the Pipefy system.
• Update departmental controls according to production progress and respective deliveries.
• Monitor deliveries and any discrepancies related to negotiated agreements.
• Request scheduling of material pickups with the Distribution team.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and the logistics operator to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Verify data with the logistics operator, such as stock quantities, material receipts and supply controls.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from management and other teams by providing procurement data.
