About the role
- Collect, verify and organize documentation submitted by clients.
- Complete and file registrations and forms in Edidesk systems.
- Monitor application statuses and keep clients informed about deadlines, outstanding items and approvals.
- Support the preparation and review of declarations, certificates and technical forms.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and Edidesk, answering questions and forwarding requests.
- Ensure compliance and standardization of submissions according to Edidesk criteria.
- Report project progress to the operations manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry) or be willing to register one.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail for handling official documentation.
- Availability for meetings during business hours.
- Organization and discipline to manage critical deadlines.
- Proactivity to anticipate issues and prevent delays.
- Clear communication with clients and the team.
- Commitment to the quality of deliverables.
- Previous experience with public calls, accreditation processes or document management.
- Familiarity with digital registration and tracking tools.
- Experience in client service or consulting.
