About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent network infrastructure projects aligned with company-wide strategic objectives
Manage and deliver services to clients across the company’s entire product portfolio
Establish program-level governance and identify dependencies, shared resources, and risks across projects
Mentor peers through hands-on mentorship, product guidance, and customer interactions
Manage program scope, quality and performance standards, and risks throughout the program lifecycle
Ensure project teams meet initiative objectives on time and on budget while maintaining quality and integrity
Manage internal and external communications across stakeholders and project teams
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors, researchers, and other external resources
Monitor and allocate resources across projects to maximize program-level efficiency and deliverables
Manage client and stakeholder relationships across the project portfolio
Report program outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

C1 English level
Mandatory experience working at a network infrastructure provider or similar company
Direct exposure to backbone connectivity, IP transit, interconnection, or large-scale infrastructure operations
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in program/project management for network infrastructure initiatives
Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects or a project portfolio
Strong history of delivering client services across diverse product portfolios
Proficiency in team mentorship, product guidance, and fostering customer interactions
Proficiency in establishing program and project governance processes
Experience managing risk across multiple initiatives
Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with external resources
