About the role

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for account managers, customers, pricing team, project managers, and Network Operations
  • Identify technical solutions and define requirements for service implementation, considering customers’ existing solutions, key locations, and technical needs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Carrier Relations, Marketing, Product Managers, and Network Engineers to develop solutions aligned with EdgeUno’s strategic goals
  • Support the team in identifying and qualifying business opportunities, recognizing customer technical objections, and developing strategies to overcome blockers
  • Drive the adoption of Qualtrics solutions within strategic accounts, expanding usage across departments and translating technical features into business value
  • Prepare requests for proposals, quotations, and information in a complete and well-structured manner for sales representatives and/or customers
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in the territory, serving as reference accounts and supporting account teams in planning to generate new business
  • Develop and present business cases for sales projects
  • Lead Kickoff Meetings both internally and with clients for closed deals
  • Manage the pricing process for all assigned opportunities and leads
  • Present, demonstrate, and communicate the technical capabilities of the company’s portfolio
  • Respond to initial product requests and escalate product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • English level C1+
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales support experience in the telecom industry
  • Solid experience with connectivity products and services, including IP Transit, DIA, MPLS, EPL, Wave, and Submarine capacity
  • Ability to present the big picture, design solutions to address customer needs, identify business challenges, and develop tailored solutions to solve them
  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience preparing and responding to emails, proposals, bids, RFIs, and RFPs
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple formats (face-to-face, phone, and email) in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus
