Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to build and deliver a high-quality sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
Execute and refine outbound strategy through a broad variety of channels to qualify new leads
Work collaboratively with fellow Business Development Manager to develop action plans addressing performance gaps and driving energy into team activities
Coach and mentor Business Development Representatives to achieve strong business results whilst fostering individual career growth and development
Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to drive business growth through outbound campaigns
Play a strategic role in shaping the sales process and contributing to company growth
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably leading a team of SDRs or BDRs
A track record of top performance in B2B SaaS sales
A coaching mindset with a passion for developing junior talent and building successful sales careers
Strong analytical ability to understand, report on, and forecast team performance
Strong rapport building skills along with the ability to drive energy and motivation within the team
Experience in outbound strategy execution across a broad variety of channels
