Account Executive

• Prospect high potential new customers to grow revenue.
• Drive new business by researching and identifying new prospects in your territory, both independently and alongside your Business Development Rep (BDR).
• Conduct meaningful discovery conversations that identify business goals and business pains, aligning with how EdgeTier adds differentiated value.
• Progressing leads through the sales cycle to closing.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations with leads and potential customers.
• Negotiating and closing complex deals.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for EdgeTier by representing the business online and at industry events.
• Managing the funnel and administrative tasks using our CRM (Hubspot).
• Collaborating with the Sales Development team and Customer Success for seamless pipeline management and onboarding.

Commercial Account Executive

Pre-sales Engineer

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to uncover pain points, data structures, and operational processes in customer service environments
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations of EdgeTier’s products that address customer-specific needs, using real-world data and relevant use cases
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions leveraging EdgeTier’s platform capabilities — including APIs, AI models, dashboards, and analytics workflows
• Respond to RFPs and security/compliance questionnaires, working with internal experts to provide architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and security overviews (EdgeTier is ISO 27001 certified)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and influence product direction based on customer feedback
• Act as a technical thought leader, educating customers on AI in customer service, data-driven QA, and operational analytics
• Contribute to pre-sales assets such as slide decks, ROI models, demo environments, and competitive positioning guides
• Ensure smooth post-sale handover by providing documentation and technical context to Implementation and Customer Success teams

Pre-Sales Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Identify and engage high-potential customers: Research and prospect potential clients, contributing to growing our revenue
• Drive innovative outreach: Develop, launch, and test outbound campaigns, leveraging tools like HubSpot and personalised video messaging
• Nurture leads: Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with Account Executives: Support demos, sales calls, and the overall sales cycle to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Utilise social networks: Tap into LinkedIn and other platforms to uncover new opportunities and strengthen connections
• Impact our future: Work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute our sales strategy

Business Development Representative

• Prospect high potential new customers to grow revenue
• Own full-cycle enterprise deals from targeted outbound to close, researching and identifying new prospects in your territory both independently and alongside your Business Development Rep (BDR), in partnership with the VP of Sales and wider team - multi-threading complex orgs, navigating procurement, and orchestrating resources to win
• Create net-new pipeline through thoughtful outbound (email, phone, social) and insight-driven plays; generate leads
• Conduct world-class discovery that identifies business goals and business pains, aligning with how EdgeTier adds differentiated value
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations with leads and potential customers
• Close large, strategic deals (6-figure ACVs; 7-figure multi-year opportunities) while building reference-worthy deployments
• Act as a brand ambassador for EdgeTier by representing the business at various industry events
• Be a cultural ambassador - be a mentor to others, be accountable, and come to the table problem solving to every interaction, and help standardise our enterprise sales motion as we scale
• Meet and exceed quota!

Enterprise Account Executive

• Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to build and deliver a high-quality sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
• Execute and refine outbound strategy through a broad variety of channels to qualify new leads
• Work collaboratively with fellow Business Development Manager to develop action plans addressing performance gaps and driving energy into team activities
• Coach and mentor Business Development Representatives to achieve strong business results whilst fostering individual career growth and development
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to drive business growth through outbound campaigns
• Play a strategic role in shaping the sales process and contributing to company growth
