Business Development Rep

• Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to build and deliver a high-quality sales pipeline for the Account Executive team
• Execute and refine outbound strategy through a broad variety of channels to qualify new leads
• Work collaboratively with fellow Business Development Manager to develop action plans addressing performance gaps and driving energy into team activities
• Coach and mentor Business Development Representatives to achieve strong business results whilst fostering individual career growth and development
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to drive business growth through outbound campaigns
• Play a strategic role in shaping the sales process and contributing to company growth
