About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and functional positions requiring Full Scope Polygraph clearance
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates with active FSP clearances across IC agencies such as National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and related mission partners
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity SMEs, Systems Engineers, and Analysts
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leadership to understand technical requirements and clearance constraints
  • Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, clearance availability, and competitive landscape
  • Manage candidates through offer negotiation, counteroffer strategy, and pre-employment processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS/CRM systems
  • Attend cleared job fairs, networking events, and community engagement opportunities to expand FSP network

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in cleared recruiting, with a strong focus on Full Scope Polygraph positions
  • Demonstrated success placing candidates into IC contracts and programs
  • Deep understanding of clearance types (TS/SCI, CI Poly, Full Scope Poly) and crossover processes
  • Proven ability to source passive FSP-cleared talent through multiple channels
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
