About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and functional positions requiring Full Scope Polygraph clearance
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates with active FSP clearances across IC agencies such as National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and related mission partners
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity SMEs, Systems Engineers, and Analysts
- Partner closely with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leadership to understand technical requirements and clearance constraints
- Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, clearance availability, and competitive landscape
- Manage candidates through offer negotiation, counteroffer strategy, and pre-employment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS/CRM systems
- Attend cleared job fairs, networking events, and community engagement opportunities to expand FSP network
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cleared recruiting, with a strong focus on Full Scope Polygraph positions
- Demonstrated success placing candidates into IC contracts and programs
- Deep understanding of clearance types (TS/SCI, CI Poly, Full Scope Poly) and crossover processes
- Proven ability to source passive FSP-cleared talent through multiple channels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
