Key responsibilities & impact

Pitch and develop video concepts aligned with our brand and campaign goals
Plan shoots, shot lists, locations, scheduling, props, and talent coordination where needed
Film on-site using your own equipment (camera/ phone, lighting, audio)
Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready videos on schedule
Incorporate feedback within agreed revision rounds
Stay current with trending formats, sounds, and platform changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven portfolio of short-form social media videos (brand or commercial work preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent
Owns camera/phone gear with basic lighting and audio equipment
Self-directed and reliable, able to manage the full workflow with minimal hand-holding
Based in Singapore and able to travel to shoot locations
Comfortable directing on-camera subjects or talent
Understanding of social media performance metrics.
