About the role
- Assist the Investment team with underwriting by setting up financial models
- Partner with commercial and development team members to collect the right input
- Assist deal teams with conducting property and market due diligence
- Support the preparation of business plans and (quarterly) reporting
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee memoranda for both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in day-to-day tasks including the creation of presentations, excel spreadsheets, market research, etc.
Requirements
- Currently completing or recently completed a degree in (Business) Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong interest in real estate, investments, and financial analysis; Deal-oriented approach and strong work ethic
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills (Dutch and English)
- Highly proficient in Excel, strong working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Able to cope with time pressure and work in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
