About the role

  • Own the frontline and mainline for Write Edge Indonesia
  • Help us turn interested parents into long-term students through thoughtful follow-up and a great customer experience
  • Keep our small but growing operation organised, tracked and moving
  • Respond to new enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and Instagram within agreed SLAs
  • Qualify leads, share programme information and guide parents to suitable trial classes

Requirements

  • Based in Indonesia
  • Proficient in English and good Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
  • Experience in Enrolment, admissions, sales, customer service, online support and/or centre management
  • Professional WhatsApp/phone etiquette
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and disciplined with data entry
  • High sense of ownership
