About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team
- Oversee the procurement process for all materials and components
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management teams
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential supply chain risks
- Drive cost savings initiatives across procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management
- Proven experience in leadership roles
- Expertise in Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry regulations
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
