About the role
- Welcoming of our colleagues and visitors
- Available to answer questions from guest and colleagues and transfer calls
- Distributing post and incoming email
- Ordering taxi’s, couriers, flowers, presents, office supplies and groceries
- Managing the company E-bikes and its supplier
- Point of contact for suppliers for cleaning, office and plant maintenance
- Booking parking spaces and meeting rooms
- Preparing meeting rooms and making sure the office is tidy at all times
- Organizing Edge events and decorate the office at special occasions
- First aid point of contact (BHV), assist when calamities occur
Requirements
- MBO education preferably Hospitality / Hotel school / Tourism
- > 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hotel / hospitality industry
- Experience with supplier management and facility processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
