About the role
- Monitor and control IT processes with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, PCI DSS), contributing to evidence collection, development of action plans, and addressing nonconformities.
- Track and follow up on pending requests (backlog) and assist teams in resolving process deviations.
- Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and procedures, promoting training and awareness actions when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation, updating, and review of documents related to governance and information security.
- Support Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, with a special focus on Information Security topics.
- Act as a facilitator between technical and business areas, promoting the adaptation and improvement of organizational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of IT Governance, Information Security, ISO standards, and compliance.
- Desirable knowledge of frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma, among others.
- Analytical, proactive profile with good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with different areas and levels of the organization.
