About the role
- Administer and provide central accountability for all Infrastructure server services
- Manage and monitor M365 environment including email, Sharepoint, Dynamics, Teams, and licensing.
- Provide primary support for all physical and virtual servers.
- Perform long-term capacity planning in conjunction with other team members.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all servers, applications, services, and key processes.
- Recommend, install, test, and manage existing and new servers and software.
- Collaborate with Security team and IT staff to implement ongoing security improvements.
- Monitor and enforce license agreements using appropriate tools
- Create, test, and keep up to date disaster recovery procedures.
- Train selected staff for coverage during absentee periods.
Requirements
- High School / GED
- Associate degree Required
- Associate degree Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Broad base of knowledge and skills in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, system infrastructure, network topology and server operating systems.
- Preferred skills in: Microsoft Azure IAAS, Microsoft Server Administration, Microsoft M365 Administration
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification - AZ900 required
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate - AZ104 preferred
