Supports financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk analysis for acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Assists in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt and tax equity financing arrangements with lenders and investors, supports credit approvals and closing processes.
Supports cross-functional transaction teams (Development, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Procurement) to ensure efficient and timely execution of M&A and project finance transactions.
Assists the entire due diligence process for potential target deals, covering financial, developmental and operational, legal, technological, and other relevant areas.
Identifies and researches project and platform acquisition opportunities across solar, wind, and storage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, engineering or related field required; Master’s degree preferred; CPA, CFA desirable.
2 years of professional experience required.
Minimum of 1 years of experience preferred in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or finance.
Experience in EIA, ABB, Ventyx, SNL, SEIA / AWEA databases.
Experience in Python or R is a plus.
Experience in presentation software such as Tableau and dashboard development.
Experience building and using project finance and financial structuring models strongly desired.
