Lead and support the development of strategy for and the procurement of key components
Capture business demands and handle competitive tendering
Review vendor proposals, negotiate, and execute contracts
Own and refine procurement guidance to the business
Identify and ensure effective risk mitigation
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Perform other duties as assigned, including reporting

Requirements

At least 7 years of procurement or relevant professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
MBA/MS degree or 2 years of strategic procurement experience
At least 2 years of contracting and negotiation experience
Bachelor’s degree with preference for Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or Business Management
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Preferred certifications are a plus: CPSM, MCIPS, CPM, PMP
