About the role
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for new products and improvements.
- Manage the acquiring product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives according to business impact.
- Develop business cases and feasibility analyses for new products and features.
- Lead product development projects in collaboration with technology, operations, commercial teams, and external partners.
- Monitor product KPIs and performance metrics.
- Participate in defining pricing strategies and product positioning in the market.
- Act as product owner in agile methodologies, prioritizing the backlog and defining requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support strategic product decisions.
- Track trends in the electronic payments market (PIX, digital wallets, open banking, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in product management, preferably in merchant acquiring, payment methods, or fintechs.
- Knowledge of the acquiring market and electronic payments ecosystem.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Effective communication and presentation skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Strategic mindset and ability to prioritize.
- Intermediate English.
