About the role
- Lead meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to gather, align and validate the project's key points;
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses that generate actionable insights for decision-making;
- Prepare and deliver executive reports and presentations for internal and external audiences;
- Map processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions;
- Monitor execution, track performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure project sustainability after implementation;
- Support management of project schedules, scope, risks and resources;
- Act as a facilitator between different areas, promoting integration and collaboration;
- Contribute to the dissemination of project management best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
- Proven experience in project management and monitoring;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations with a focus on clarity and visual impact;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for problem solving;
- Clear and assertive communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments;
- Organized, proactive and results-oriented.
