About the role

  • Lead meetings with internal teams and stakeholders to gather, align and validate the project's key points;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses that generate actionable insights for decision-making;
  • Prepare and deliver executive reports and presentations for internal and external audiences;
  • Map processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions;
  • Monitor execution, track performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure project sustainability after implementation;
  • Support management of project schedules, scope, risks and resources;
  • Act as a facilitator between different areas, promoting integration and collaboration;
  • Contribute to the dissemination of project management best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
  • Proven experience in project management and monitoring;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations with a focus on clarity and visual impact;
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for problem solving;
  • Clear and assertive communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments;
  • Organized, proactive and results-oriented.
