About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the senior Brand Experience team in day-to-day event production and execution across planning, pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap
- Manage project logistics and vendor coordination, including rentals, scenic, uniforms, catering, shipping, storage, and COIs
- Build creative decks, project summaries, agendas, production books, and training manuals for internal and client-facing use
- Collaborate with Account, Creative, PM, and Strategy teams to align production logistics with project vision
- Organize and maintain project workstreams, drive folders, production schedules, vendor setup and payment, budgets, expense tracking, and post-event reconciliations
- Coordinate travel, staffing, crew meals, and onsite event logistics
- Travel for work and support onsite events, typically about one week per month, including some weeknights or weekends
- Apply industry trends and insights to improve strategic approaches and client work
- Assess KPIs and create recap reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of significant experience in experiential marketing, field marketing, or event production
- Prior agency experience, ideally at a medium-large experiential agency
- Ability to provide creative, smart, and strategic recommendations to the team and clients
- Superior communication skills
- Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to create efficient processes
- Detail-oriented approach
- Passion for the event marketing industry
- Overall understanding of the public relations field
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing, communications, and/or advertising
- Ability to travel for work and actively work onsite at events
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work from the NYC or Chicago office Tuesday–Thursday when not onsite for events
