About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate billing processes, financial analysis, and reporting for individual projects
- Handle financial management for smaller clients
- Maintain client files, documents, repositories, and critical information
- Support client finance partners and internal client teams
- Assist with client reporting, audit requests, and data collection
- Run financial queries and handle ad hoc requests and projects
- Calculate and track monthly revenues based on active contracts and client billings
- Submit invoices and supporting documentation to clients on time
- Gain exposure to client staffing and pricing processes under Finance Manager supervision
- Review and approve sourcing department service orders with oversight
- Manage fee reconciliation and escalate billing write-offs
- Assist project managers with billing review
- Collect commentary on aged receivables
- Review project request forms for compliance and open project codes
- Process purchase orders upon request
- Provide project managers with time and expense details
- Review missing time reports weekly and follow up on delinquencies
- Update the client budget tracker monthly
- Pursue stretch goals and continuous technical and leadership development
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Client service orientation
- Ability to foster positive working relationships
- Well-organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
