About the role

  • Drive HR strategy and operations for Edelman’s offices in UAE; partner with business leaders and oversee the full employee lifecycle
  • Business partnering: align HR initiatives with business goals; provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
  • Talent acquisition & onboarding: oversee recruitment processes; collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams; ensure seamless onboarding
  • Employee engagement & culture: design and implement programs to enhance engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion, and employee well-being; promote Edelman’s values and culture
  • Performance management: manage annual review processes, goal-setting, and continuous feedback; coach managers on performance conversations
  • Learning & development: partner with L&D teams to identify training needs and deliver career development programs
  • Employee relations: act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation; ensure compliance with labor laws and Edelman standards
  • Compensation & benefits: support compensation reviews, benefits programs, and reward frameworks to ensure competitiveness and equity
  • HR operations: oversee HR systems, reporting, compliance, and data accuracy; drive process improvements for efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM/PHR) preferred
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in professional services, PR, or communications sectors
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
