  • The role
  • The Growth Manager will play a critical supporting role within Edelman UAE’s Growth team, reporting to the UAE Growth Lead. This position is designed for a proactive, highly organised, and commercially minded professional with strong experience in business development or marketing within a communications or agency environment.
  • You will help orchestrate new business pursuits, manage the operational and knowledge systems that underpin the growth function, and contribute to building the intelligence and relationships that fuel Edelman’s future growth. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of business development experience in UAE and be eager to develop their strategic and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, growth-focused setting.

Requirements

  • - 4-6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or communications in UAE, deemed essential (agency or professional services experience preferred).
  • - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.
  • - Arabic language proficiency is a distinct advantage.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting insightful business presentations.
  • - Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office / Teams tools.
  • - Experience of using AI in a day-to-day work environment to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • - Analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • - Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn - comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
  • - Understanding of integrated communications disciplines (PR, digital, creative, strategy) is a strong advantage.
