• Partner with creative and account leads to ideate, sell-in, scope, and execute creative work at the highest quality.
• Prepare production budgets and schedules and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with reps, directors, and vendors. Lead director search and vendor bidding process.
• Lead communication with necessary production, creative and account service colleagues to facilitate workflow.
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to champion innovative ideas. Be a tireless advocate for the creative process while always looking for the best way to provide solutions on time and budget.
• Possess a willingness to learn and explore beyond your core.
• Manage client expectations and giving recommendations when required.
• Oversee projects from initial pitch, through discovery, concepting, design, development, and QA final deliverables.
